Service Description

Have you lifted weights before? This focuses on strengths training with progressive overload. This program is for clients who have at least minimal experience strength/ weights training.


Cancellation Policy

-No refunds. -1 free reschedule per 6 week period. (Must notify a minimum of 4 hours prior to session) -After first reschedule a $15 change session fee will be administered. -Further rescheduling and cancellations without prior notice will result in forfeiture of session and fee. -15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes session will need to be rescheduled. Please reach out to me as soon as challenges with scheduling arise to avoid forfeiture of fees and cancellations of sessions. Thank you!!!
